Returns and Refunds

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

We have made our returns process as easy as possible for you. If at any stage we can help in any way at all, feel free to contact our shop on +353 (0)91 561855 from 9.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

Online Purchases:

  • To return your purchase, simply call 091-561855 or email oliver@garments.ie within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and we will process your request.
  • You will be asked to return the unworn item with proof of purchase via post. 
  • We cannot process a refund if the item is worn, if tags were removed or if the 14 day window has expired. 
  • Sale items discounted for 50% off or more CANNOT be returned or refunded, items discounted items up to 50% CAN be returned.
  • Garments is not responsible for the cost of return postage. If you wish to return your purchase, you are responsible for paying the postage fee. 
  • If you choose to return your order despite getting free delivery, your order will be refunded minus the cost of delivery. We are not responsible for delivery when you decide not to keep your purchase. 

Instore Purchases:

  • Instore purchases can be exchanged or a credit note issued.

RECEIVING A REFUND

  • Once the item has been received and processed by us, we will then issue a refund using the original payment method only. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your invoice depending on your bank.
