Returns and Refunds
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
We have made our returns process as easy as possible for you. If at any stage we can help in any way at all, feel free to contact our shop on +353 (0)91 561855 from 9.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
- To return your purchase, simply call 091-561855 or email email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and we will process your request.
- You will be asked to return the unworn item with proof of purchase via post.
- We cannot process a refund if the item is worn, if tags were removed or if the 14 day window has expired.
- Garments is not responsible for the cost of return postage. If you wish to return your purchase, you are responsible for paying the postage fee.
RECEIVING A REFUND
- Once the item has been received and processed by us, we will then issue a refund using the original payment method only. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your invoice depending on your bank.
